Entry the tenth - RE: the letharians

I've been thinking recently about the actual logisitics of creating the letharians as the 'demi-monsters' that i want them to be.

I want them to be big, impressive guys, horns, spikes, big vast muscles (think pro-bodybuilders with pointy bits), but i think it would be a strech to have them as elves. I also want interaction with humans more than could be provided with elves, and then how would i introduce that particular geneology into kaght and others, from our civilisation?

If they were a genetic experiment on humans then that could be easier, and, just thinking now, i could have that particular large body type and physical stature be attributed to the letharians instead of previous humans as another attempt to cover up the fallen civilisation before the imperia.

Yes, i will do that, the elves can stay elvish, the imperia can believe they were the big guys. Maybe the letharians will be an artificial name for the military arm that were 'big', they could even be an offshoot of humans, a la the nitczsiens of andromeda.
